Resveratrol supports the body’s antioxidant system as well as cardiovascular health and healthy aging. It is an antioxidant-like compound found in red wine that helps neutralizes harmful free radicals in cells. Resveratrol has also been shown to promote the activation of the SIRT1 gene, often referred to as the longevity gene. Country Life’s Resveratrol Plus also includes pine bark and grape seed extracts.
