Efalex Brain Formula is high in DHA, which is a major component of the brain, making up about 90% of the omega-3 fatty acids in the brain and up to 25% of it's total fat content.
GLA can be converted to DGLA in the body. This fatty acid is involved anti-inflammatory processes in the body.
Cell Protection
Brain cells are susceptible to damage from free radicals, unstable molecules produced during normal cell metabolism. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and protecting brain cells from oxidative stress.

Essential Fatty Acids in Efalex
DHA supports normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended Intake
Adults and children aged 3 years and over: two teaspoons (10ml) per day.
For adult use only: Efamol advises optimising the body's natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks. Shake bottle before use
